I've been EBMM-less for almost 2 weeks now since I sold my Bongo5 and I've just gotten word from Todd that his/my 30th Anni Stingray is on its way from the USA to me.

You'll hopefully forgive me if I say that once more:

MY (new-to-me) 30th ANNI STINGRAY IS ON IT"S WAY FROM THE USA TO ME

I've been waiting 20+ years for a Stingray and I'm savouring every single moment. I am really enjoying the whole anticipation thing.

Todd, thanks for helping make a dream come true. You rock! It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with you.

BP & the MM crew - you guys really rock too. The 30th Anni Stingray blew me away the first time I tried one - I knew I had to own one.

BTW, this story has two happy endings. When I advertised my Bongo on eBarf, I stated that I wasn't interested in making a profit, I just wanted to break even on what I paid for the instrument. I ended up selling the Bongo5 to a Sydney-based player who had wanted one for years but could never afford one. He got his dream come true too
