Depends on how fast, how far, and the weather!

Developed my love for Morphine while driving in the rain during a rainy spring going 30 miles to and from Philadelphia. Four solid weeks of rain.

Long distances either old, old Delta, Appalachian, Piedmont style blues, or lots of
ZAPPA!! (of course, ya gotta like Zappa, or it will be torture. 62 CDs worth could hurt ya!!)

Driving fast, well, I don't anymore, but Queens of the Stone Age, Minus the Bear, or Black Keys would work.

Without a doubt, "Coast to Coast" by Steve Morse - but, as others have mentioned, keep an eye on your speedometer! A different genre but another decent choice: Metallica's black album.

Powerage- AC/DC

Ear Candy- King's X (or, "Tapehead.")

Or, most 60's Motown for me

Depends on what kind of driving:

For long trips: anything Knopfler

For "fast" driving: Rage Against The Machine-the album is pretty hard to beat I think.

...For the drive, I listen to The Berzerker, Morbid Angel, maybe some Death tossed in there....I always seem to get to my destination quicker.....hmmmm:D
