True. Think of Calculus as the 8 bucks that you need to get over the toll bridge of life. You won't have to pay that specific toll again.

I love it! I dug calculus actually, just never used it once after college.

But it would be a good band name. The subject I had the hardest time with would be a good band name too: Physical Chemistry.

Then there's Heat Transfer, Fluid Dynamics, Fields and Waves, Quantum Physics...maybe HARD COLLEGE SUBJECT = GOOD BAND NAME.

Sean, I wanted to personally thank you for taking on the task of teaching calculus. My high school calc teacher was truly a role model. He did skip the epsilon-delta definition though, which is screwing me right now because we have to use the three dimensional equivalent now....
Good luck in your teaching endeavors! And good luck juggling that with BFR drooling time!

Ditto...a good teacher can light the fire, a bad or indifferent one can turn you off on a subject for life. Only as I got older did I realize subjects I thought I disliked were really only that way because of the teacher.

Anyway, since the thread is well and truly hijacked...I love my Albert Lee!!! But why won't EBMM make one with a Floyd? And out of Lucite? :)
