ANY failed policy regardless of what it has to do with is the "leaders" (he who is in charge) failure!!! No excuses!!

That's why MM is such an awesome company, because its "leader", BP, (and this isn't necessarily a plug for him) has done a *FANTASTIC* job with his manufacturing company!!! Yes, it's HIS doing - success or failure!

Now, could you imagine if he were incharge of our "water supply"!! How about the economy;. . ., health care; etc. . . . . .
