I *think* this is the fogman comparing himself to you; it took him 1.5 billion years to decide on/purchase his first ebmm guitar.

Ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding!

But the 25th doesn't require any decision making IMHO.

More pics please Fing! :D
The other ones need drool removal.

That is nice!

How is the neck shape compared to your ASS? ;)

No really, is it a thick shape like the axis?

Norm,

Pete described it best in his post, seems to me to be a cross between the ASS and Silo Special, it is very nice.

Keith,
Congrats... I was thinking about pulling the trigger on that one but couldn't decide if I wanted a trem or hard tail. I knew it wasn't going to last long, it's a beauty.

What are you thinking amp wise?

fred

Thanks Fred,

I really wanted the trem so made this easy.

Amp wise I am looking for something thats more than a one trick pony, more than one channel, preferably not too loud and something with the controls on the front, looking at any and everythig at the moment, any thoughts?:)

LOL Uh No! 50 would be max and thats way too much for my needs or room, prefer 30 or less and like the type where you select wattage.

ooooooh! Sorry, gigging a stage, 50 is "Low" sorry!

I mean for super duper dinky, I really like the Orange Tiny Terror combo. It's 15w, and can be switched down to 7. Perhaps thats too low?

The head unit itself is good too, if you plan to move it about, as it is a great potable head.

Also, I'm a big fan of the Lone Star cleans from Mesa Boogie. Their Lone Star Special has two independent channels if I'm not mistaken (don't quote me on this) that can be rated from 5, 15 or 30 watts.

Lemme try and find some links.

very nice!

I may have to come stalk you in Dallas to see it! lol

speaking of which are you going to the guitar show this weekend? I am going there tomorrow to look at some amps I guess and just to see whats going on, dont really know what to expect of it.

LOL, you are welcome to come by anytime you like, doors always open:)

Usually I do go on Saturday to the guitar show and want to look at amps as well, but have a family function tonight so if I do go it will be on Sunday.

Cool. I may take u up on that offer sometime in the not too distant future :D

Anyway I went to the show today but have not solved my quest for an amp yet.

So be sure to post what amp you end up with because I may go the same route, who knows :)

Another great buy Keith, I do hope your 25th settles in as a keeper, it sure looks great!

As for an amp, I can't stretch to a Mesa at the moment so I'm considering getting one of the new Blackstar HT-5 amps for playing at home, it's a little 5 watt tube amp and getting great reviews.
