Off Topic Dunk Tanks and Wireless Fun.

So I played a gig today at Target's National Night Out, a community event to foster local spirit and educate kids on crime prevention etc. We set up in the parking lot, near the dunk tank.

I like to wander into the crowd during extended solos, so I headed over to the dunk tank, and start jamming with the dude sitting on the plank. I ask him if he's chilling in the 90º heat we had today, and he smiles and nods.

So I reached over, hit the button, sent him splashing, and headed back to the band to cheering and laughter. Best. Solo. Ever.

I highly recommend the Line 6 G30 Relay wireless unit.

I see where everyone's heads are in this forum

I don't drink or allow open containers on stage when I'm the bandleader for professionalism reasons, so hopefully no drunk tank, but the VFW idea is intriguing...
