Its time to restock on strings... Sorry if this is a repeated question, but I'm too lazy to search the archives. Any estimates on the extra life expectancy of the EB coated strings? I'm pretty easy on my strings for breakage and sweat.

It all depends on your personal chemistry. Some guys report Coated EB strings lasting 3-5x longer. Some guys with acidy wet hands can get 1.5 to 2x as long as uncoated. There is a definite benefit as the wrap and core wire is protected from grime sweat and dirt. Sounds like you may have good luck with longevity though.
