I had to send my baby (Mystic Dream JP6) in to EB to get the piezo preamp and bridge replaced. GC sent the guitar out on Monday (overnight), the guitar got there the next day, and the bridge and piezo preamp were replaced the same day. The guitar got sent out today, and is on its way back to me. Now thats what I call great turn around time. Many thanks to Dan especially for keeping me in the loop with the tracking number and all that good stuff. Its greatly appreciated. You guys really are the best and treat your customers like true family. I can't wait to get this baby back on the 20th, because I have my Mesa Mark IV being delivered the same day. :D Oh what a kick @ss day of jamming its going to be. Many thanks again to CS and EB for treating your customers like family. You guys rule. Pics to come when the Mark IV arrives.

I love EBMM customer service. That's why I've retired guitars I've played for years to play my balls and balls only. I tell all of my customers "don't buy this other brand, if you have a problem good luck. Buy Balls and this is why..." And I share my personal experience as an EBMM customer. That experience makes me want to buy every one I see. Too bad my pocket book doesn't agree :(. That being said, I WILL own a Dargie one of these days.

I def. know what you mean about the having a problem thing. When I worked for I****z, the customer service was horrible. I had to order a locknut for my guitar one time and had to wait 2 months for it to come in. For like an $8 part. LOL.

Yes, Dan is the man. He has helped me out on two occasions, and he was the picture of customer service both times. Dan, if you're out there, I owe you.

In all honesty, EB CS is the best Customer Service that I've ever got with anything. They're amazing. When I sent my guitar in the last thing I expected was it to be fixed that day and on its way back to me. I'm just glad that my local GC overnighted it for me, now I don't have to wait longer.

That is truly incredible...I would bet money that if you sent a guitar back to any other manufacturer for repair and called them a week later, they wouldn't even be able to tell you where the guitar is or if anyone had even opened the shipping box yet.
Yet one more reason why I am so passionate about selling, buying, and playing these instruments.

Wow,

On behalf of myself, AJ, Aziah, and the other folks here at EBMM, this is very humbling! Thanks so much for the praises. Honestly, it could not happen without our excellent and efficient repair team headed up by jonguitarz and our excellent office and shipping staff. They all see repairs the same way - and as BP stated - that ideally the instruments shouldn't here in the first place, so repairs and service issues are given top priority. Most of us involved with the process are at least semi-working musicians ourselves so we know what it is like to rely heavily on our instruments. Didn't mean to be so wordy, but in a nutshell - thanks!

Im just sorry tyou had a problem to begin with...

Its no problem at all BP, really. I understand that stuff like that happens, and it was probably like a 1 in 10,000 chance that it would happen or something. Either way your crew did a great job and really took care of me. Thank you and all the guys and gals that work for you, sir.

You're very welcome, Dan! You guys are all awesome. I just hope I can come out to the next EBMM function and meet all the people that have treated me like family. Thanks again.
