I also think that the Customer Service provided by the UK distributors Strings n Things needs a round of applause. Good one guys.

Ya know it's the small things too like when I was after my EVH - I wanted to verify the serial number and had a reply the next day.

I didn't know EBMM had a CS dept.

I mean, an actual person picks up the phone and helps you.

I find them to be more Family. Yeah...that's the ticket.
