There's absolutely nothing to be scared of on a floyd equipped guitar. I dont know why people freak out over it so much. It's really not rocket science and opens up a lot of options to use the the trem IF that is someones style. I'm talking about necessarily Vai like antics.

Well anyway, you ca always get a hardtail Y2D . Love mine to death as it does make it easier to tune down and such.

Agreed. Also, this Floyd doesn't pull back so I find it a lot easier to work with that other Floyd's I've owned like an ibanez jem or Jackson pc1

yes, but only to buy the one that ohdamnitsdevin has for sale in the classifieds section. i originally wanted a model with a stoptail, but the floyd model came up for sale at a great price. i am only selling it to get the stoptail model. if it doesn't sell, then i'll be more than happy with this one.
