They are also "registered" trademarks, as opposed to the simple "TM".

These products are Ernie Ball trademarks registered in the USA and many foreign countries:

ERNIE BALL® CUSTOM GAUGE® SLINKY® EARTHWOOD®
MUSICMAN®
STINGRAY® SILHOUETTE® AXIS®
STERLING® 4+2® 3+1®

Trademark ownership is indicated by the symbol ®, however, for the sake of brevity it is omitted

i think companies put a lot of effort into copyrighting headstocks
however:

Not as high quality as EBMM. I can tell because there is a bit of spread in the strings after the nut going to the tuners. My EBMMs are perfectly straight from what I can tell which can only be an advantage in tuning stability.

Marco played JP guitars before getting his Rash signature, which is basically a hybrid of the EBMM JP and Ibanez Andy Timmons. But yeah, that guitar up there is definitely a Silo ripoff.

If anybody knows, are the ESP Eclipses/Les Paul copies licensed by Gibson? Just wondering.

Nope, the ESP Eclipse/EC is different enough to get by, as the EX is to the Explorer.

I really cannot stand to see intellectual property being taken advantage of, especially in the case of MM when there is so much innovation taking place. I suppose copying is a sincere form of flattery, though.
