Just used one of Ernie Ball's new cables (30 ft, coiled, angled/straight) today at church and it made life much easier as far as no tangles and sound quality.
Haven't used a coiled cable since as long as I can remember. The one I had back then would get kinks in it and was also much thinner and of poor quality...like a tangled-up telephone cord. Anyhow, love this new EB cable. Got it from Amazon.
Do you all use straight or coiled cables and do you think there is a difference in the sound? Also do you use the straight/straight or angled/straight jack configuration for your instrument?
