I recently purcahsed a EB VP Jr. 25k volume pedal,...a nice addition to my pedalboard. I pretty much want to use it to boost solo volume a little bit if need be, however, the difference between the pedal all-the-way on and stepped back 3/4 of an inch is WAYYYYYYY to much. I looked for the micro-switch to no avail,....even took off the jack housing,..........I'm not seeing anything I can adjust to even give that a shot. In all reality, what I need is more like when the pedal is all the way down (volume off), I need it to be more like half volume, and I think that would work out much better.
I have looked at maybe adding length to the string, or removing a wrap of the string from the pot, therefore reducing how much the pot knob turns compared to the pedal movement, but right now I'm not seeing an easy way to remove the string/etc....and I want to avoid breaking i.
Anyway, if any of you have done this already, I'd appreciate the advice. Thanks!
