Dear Big Poppa,

Perhaps some of us could be 'beta testers' for the EB Wah pedal during the open house? In fact, if we all left SLO with one in tow, you could write off the whole event! Yeah, that's the ticket... ;)

While not a real CPA, I could certainly be called 'certified' (versus some others on this forum who are 'certifiable' ;)), and I am even capable of doing my own taxes without fear of IRS-sponsored incarceration. Just so the "A' part of the term doesn't refer to a part of the anatomy that conjures up images of Congress.

Anyway, yeah.. call me what you want, just have one of those wah pedals ready.. :D

What? An EB wah? Who said that such a thing exists? ;)

They probably haven't gotten that far with it yet (setting a price). I have a feeling that only prototypes exist right now, and they're made from EB volume pedal casings, pieces of Koogie's original Pearl Redburst Petrucci neck, and foam peanuts sent to Jongitarz.

$200 sounds like a lot of money for a wah pedal. But then, the MSRP might be up there, with a street price closer to what you pay for other wah pedals. It's kinda pointless to speculate, though.. we'll just have to be patient and throw down the dough when EB brings the product to market. :)

I'd happily endorse it if it sounded great. Though, my 'fans' are usually drunken college kids who wish we'd stop playing so the DJ could put on more Dance/Top-40 stuff. But I do get the occasional question about equipment from people.

drunken college kids don't appreciate the offerings of Mr. Ball... I on the other hand appreciate all that EBMM has brought to the wolrd of music. Especially their guitars! OH... MAN ALIVE DO I LOVE THEIR GUITARS! :) ANd running one through a EB WAH WOULD BE EVEN BETTER!

that is stinkin funny! Was I sounding too needy? Maybe i'll write a more professional post...

Dear Big Poppa,
I am writing on behalf of my very own selfish desire to have an Ernie Ball Wah Pedal. I understand that they are in the development stages and are not currently available to the general public. When the pedals do become available and if you are so inclinded to provide any forum Members with one *COUGH*COUGH* PETERD79 *Cough* COUGH* sorry I've got a cold! Any way... if yould be so inclided to send one my way I would appreciate the gesture and I would put it to great use. I appreaciate your consideration and your time. With great anticipation to hear back from you.

Your Biggest FAN

Just face reality guys.. There aren't going to be any freebies because a tiny percentage of Musicman owners hang out on their message boards. Just like there isn't any special 'forum' only guitar ... it just wouldn't make much sense. If they had them to give away to test for people, my guess would be they'd go to Endorsed artists??
