It seems that the ridiculous level of customer interaction and support is both good and bad... First the forum only guitar, then there was the custom shop thing, the limited edition forum paint, then EB finally said ok, we'll do something for the guys in the forums... Open house. Then wah pedals come up. Can you imagine anyting like this in any other guitar shop's forums...? All you see in some other forums is people complaining about customer service. We've been given a gift here, but it sometimes seem that it isn't enough.
Mind you, if you're ever giving out Wah pedals ... count me in
I realize the thread was started in fun, but I can see it turning into to something else...

you can't play on both sides of the fence here. Either youre against us having fun and teasing the EBMM STAFF with hints of giving us free pedals. DO I expect to get a free pedal? NO WAY! It's just us having fun... I sincerely appreciate everything that EBMM is doing and I know that the OPEN HOUSE is a great IDEA!

It just dawned on me as to who BP was... and that IS SO SO SO SO SO SO friggin cool that Sterling would take the time to interact with his customers at the capacity he does. That is just cool!

Well, you know I started this thread to pull Big Poppa's chain. After all, he tortures us weekly with his Tuesday Morning Torture!

Indeed, Big Poppa = Sterling Ball.. I believe he has something to do with, um, 'upper management' of the company. Really, really, upper. Oh, hell let's just say it.. he owns it. There.

Haven't you guys ever heard of SANTA? He gives out free stuff every year. He's never missed me once in 32 years. So lets leave Big Poppa alone so he can make the best guitars in the world and start writing them letters to the fat guy in the red suit.

Hey I had visitors all day yesterday and will have them today.
Everything is fine I read the posts as funny and well intended and for those who chose to defend me thanks also.
I viewed the custom shop, forum guitar, sparkle thisng as a good interchange of ideas. I enjoy this froum as much as the rest of you guys, If I could make a suggestion though plesae only PM me if it is absolutely neccessary....My in box is getting killed. I barely have enough time to interact here...Im still trying to run a company on the side!

They probably haven't gotten that far with it yet (setting a price). I have a feeling that only prototypes exist right now, and they're made from EB volume pedal casings, pieces of Koogie's original Pearl Redburst Petrucci neck, and foam peanuts sent to Jongitarz.
hehehehehe.....the bad part is, I did supply the pieces of the Petrucci neck and enough foam peanunts to make, what Jon, at least 1,000 of them! LOL....
