Heinz! Yeah, the name is my fault. And that is indeed my SR5, although now it has a a rosewood board.

For those of you who weren't around or don't remember, I was talking to BP and Dargin one night and the subject of Heinz came up. BP said, "Dargin, that was the ugliest finish we ever did, wasn't it?"

It might well be, but I guess I love the old warhorse.

Oh, and I love Heinz, too.

I would like to see a bass in that finish with a black pickguard.

Personally, I find it both revolting and attractive. There is an initial "ugh" followed by a moment of contemplation-the thought that I might really like that color.

Anyway, if I played bass, a trans green SR5 would be one of the first things I'd look into-there's just a certain something about these things.
