Hello. I don't post much on these forums. I own several EBMM Axis guitars. I just recently purchased a Ball Family Reserve Axis guitar. I love it. My question is, it says it's a limited run, how many of the guitars are being made? Just curious.

They are an on-going thing for now at least. That said there still aren't many out there...

I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on the tonal differences between the standard and the BFR Axis assuming they are in similar configurations.

It seems like the BFR Axis has a little bit warmer tone than the standard Axis.

These really are gorgeous axes. Just wish I could afford one. I don't think I've seen one where I didn't say "ME WANT NOW!!!!!"
