Hi There Music man Followers...i want to share this video of my solo project soon to be out here in Chile...The name of the song in Spanish is "Maestro de Ceremonias" something like "Master of Ceremonies", the song was played with a Backing track and recorded with my beloved EBMM Axis, Some MXR and Suhr Fx and my Mesa Boogie Amp ( DC 5 ), micked with the classic Shure Sm57...i hope you like it and feel to share if you need to!!!...Cheers!

Amazing! That was some tasty phrasing, reminded me of Guthrie Govan. That axe is gorgeous too and the tone is to die for!

That's really nice playing.. I especially liked how you mixed it up a little (lydian?). Was it played live or was the vid synched? What's your signal chain?

Hi there! Cionian...i mostly play pentatonic stuff but it's mixed with all the flavors available!...a lot of dorian in this one though...i played the song 4 times ( for each camera angle ) and then mixed with the better takes, the middle slow tempo solo was just one shot!...but it was played live with the backing track in the floor monitors!...of course i didn't use the camera audio files!...

My signal chain is this!....EBMM Axis ( Love it! )...MXR EVH Phaser, Suhr Koko Boost, loop Switcher ( controls amp settings and some effects that i did not used in this song like MXR EVH Flanger, IBANEZ Airplane Flanger, and a MXR Carbon copy, on all the time! in the Amp's Fx Loop )...the amp is an old Mesa Boogie DC-5 with a custom 2x12 cab ( made it myself ) loaded with eminence speakers!...Planet waves cables...( lots of them! )...that's it!...for me a great guitar and a tube amp and your set!! the rest it's color!...

Cheers

Agree 100% cordokiller..I asked because I liked the tone a lot. The solo had a lot of great parts also, I like it when there are multiple motifs going on linking the whole thing together, keeps it interesting. Thanks for posting.
