EBMM Customer Service Rocks

I know this has been said before but I will say it again, hands down the best CS in any business!!

I had a minor ssue with my new KOA ASS called CS ( like you are supposed
to do) and as always Dan was there to take care of me, prompt service, quality work and a real person on the other end of the phone and one that gives a damn about customers.
Every time I have had to call CS they make me feel like I am #1 and important.

So Dan thank you so much, you just rock, as all of you do at EBMM CS, Jon your work is fantastic, thank you all so much. If only all companies cared as much about customers!

No the neck is mahogany with a very light seal, it is a true BFR with Mahog tone block, just rocks, one left at muscians friend and well worth the price.

Thanks guys for the coments on the guitar, i love this axe, BUT my main point in posting the thread was to give props to EBMM CS, like BP says just call or email and you will be taken care of, no need for any of the threads about my XXX has this problem.
I always get very well taken care of no matter what it is about
