EBMM Double Bass

Bassically this is another of my crazy requests. After an amazing night seeing cuban band Buena Vista Social Club in concert i've decided I want a double bass. The bassist, Orlando "Cachaito" López, is 75 years old and still gigging to an amazing standard. He was so inspiring I have to have a double bass. Would EBMM ever make one? I know it will probably never happen but just the thought of a blue dawn sparkle double bass has sent me mental. I'll try to photoshop it to see what it would look like but i'm not exactly the photoshop genius. I'll see what I can do.

Oh. Just realised a double bass has already been done with a similar finish but its not sparkle. Still an EBMM one would be cooler.

I doubt BP would get into the AUB (acoustic upright bass) market. Maybe an electric upright (like NS Designs various models)...but I really doubt it.

I actually asked about electric uprights and the answer was not at this time.

For those who've been to the factory and have seen how the instruments are made, you realize that it would entail building a whole new factory.

Somehow, I don't envision the market being profitable enough for that to happen.
