Yes, thats what I meant, you explained it better than I did. :) And I am not arguing with Jon or anybody else, just wanted to hear what his take on it was. I also ran this topic over at the unofficial Epi site http://epifriends.proboards28.com/index.cgi to see what they tought and it seems that everyone has a different spin on how they do it. Some guitars may be more fragile than others, but mine have not proven to be as fragile as I treat them. :D

The guy has some good info, however with the wolf vs. ebmm i cant comment.
Because i have never played an Axis or EVH.

However I liked the page on the wolfie EXP's that that guy emailed in.

a block to go under your floyd to protect the finish might be usefull :cool:
