EBMM EVH replacement parts needed

We have a winner here !! Great Spot !! Pinks have Black Logos & Sig , Reds have light Grey ...........
So its a red. Probably the camera gives it the Pink look.

Headstock sig and EBMM logo tells me it is red, as I believe pink should have black sig and logo. But the photo looks pink!

edit: didnt see this had a second page haha! I don;'t know why people get confused on colors OR dates on these guitars! Taking the neck off yields a stamp that says "February 18, 1992" and in BIG letters... "RED" .... hahaha

Hey guys! Thanks for the love haha.

Man, as much as I WISH it was pink, it is definitely RED. Not sure why the camera made it look pink. Its NOT faded at all, its very much red haha.

I wish this one was in better condition, this thing has just absolutely top notch woods compared to most EVH/AXIS models. The flame maple neck is just absolutely ridiculous! The top is awesome as well.

Here's a sunlight picture, shows the red much much better haha.

Nice guitar. This is an easy fix. Spend the money and buy a new tremolo etc components. For the price you paid you can afford to put good components into it.

so, what exactly is wrong with the floyd? is it stripped out or just dirty? also the locking nut I think has the inserts in sideways.

as for the sandwich, well, you gotta eat those when they are still warm. also it helps with the mojo. nothing like a guitar that gets your mouth watering.

The saddles are rusted SOLID. I cant even get the old strings out haha. With the locking pads, thats literally how I got it, I also have correct pads for it.

Given you just paid 300 Bucks for the guitar, I would spend some extra dollar and send it to San Luis Obispo to the MM factory and let them do the repair and setup work. From what I heard the prices are reasonable and the work they do is perfect.

BTW, congrats on the new guitar!

ahh. I have a Hamer Diablo owned by a sweaty person before. I just took the floyd off, took it apart, and put it in an ultrasonic cleaner with detergent, and then let it soak in WD40 for a week. I had to replace a few of the pads because they were pitted but it turned out quite nicely, and now everything moves freely.

Hey Bob123, PM me. I have an original EVH trem with the offset that I'd be willing to let go for the right price. I also have a standard one. Not the new and improved version.
