I would say, yes, you can go. Spurs shirt....what is that? Hope to see you there.

Thanks! The Spurs shirt thing was a joke. I'm a big Spurs fan (went to game 7 of Western Conference Semi-finals). They lost to the Dallas Mavericks. I figured since I'd be in Dallas, I could wear a Spurs shirt and make friends real fast!:D

But seriously, the open house should be very cool. Hopefully, I'll have an EB by then.

Thanks,

OK guys!

You heard Big Poppa. Let's liven up this thread!
I live 20 minutes away from Mexico; you guys want me to take anything special?
GreyGoose?, Jagermaister (sp?), Cohibas?:D
I make a mean, no-bake cherry cheesecake if we can bring food. Nah, that won't work, I live 10 hours away!
If everyone took their EB's (tear), someone could get a big group shot. That photo could be used as EB's next EBMM ad with the caption: We've Got Balls!
I know, we could make mixed drinks, and then invite Shimi (from the Luke/Y2D thread) to change them! "Instead of vodka in the screwdriver, I want El Presidente!":D
Just kidding, Shimi!

I think the photo idea is very cool. Perhaps we can do something in a Spencer Tunick vein (although without the public display of nudity) It would be pretty cool to have a wide variety EBMM instruments as far as the eye can see, which would definitely make a great photo. I've seen this photographer place himself in a bucket truck and take some pretty amazing looking pics.

BTW, Spencer Tunick did a few specials on HBO which I believe were called Naked States where he found hundreds of volunteers who get naked and pose for a photo in some gorgeous environment.

Oh well, that's my crazy idea for today :D :D

I'd love to post here, but unfortunately the event is a *little* too far away:eek:

I could hardly pay my Luke, so a ticket to the US is is waaaaaay to expensive.
Big Poppa, is there a chance that there will be an EBMM event here in Europe in the future?

Yeah, I saw that episode on HBO. I thought that was pretty cool. Hopefully you'll have your AL by then, and I'll have...something.;)
What can we do about those who live too far away to attend? Maybe, they can send in pics of themselves with their EB(s) and we can pin them up to a poster board or something (to be displayed at the party).

I think the hotel might want you to wear more than that.:D

It's a shame that there is imperical data to show that we have to say that.

Sterling: If you want a band for it (we're I guess metal for the most part, but have a lot of harmony and a singer that can actually sing) we'd be up for it I'm sure!

And I'm a full on EBMM supporter! :D We could also leave our gear up there for a jam-type thing.

Just an offer. :)

bro ... i owe you in the favour dept big time! name your price, my friend, and i'll bring it along!

Not another tackle box, yiiiiii! Name his price? Are ya nuts??
Now, a tri-tip sandwich and some Pacifico brews might go a long way...
Or, even better, a lifetime supply of those heavy cat's tongue pics he likes so much and can't find any more.
