Hi all, I am desperate for help! I recently purchased an EBMM jp15 in ultramarine, its an amazing instrument, easily the best guitar ive ever played. The first jp15 i got from sweetwater played great but when i got it home, the bridge pickup hardly had any output, like none at all. I had to make the 2 hour drive again the same day so they could rectify the situation. They gave me another jp15, ensured it worked, and credited me $250 off my purchase. Great, all good, satisfied ernie ball user. That is until last week. My guitar just seemed to have noticeably less output (im using petrucci neural dsp suite, clean tone). I figured maybe i was just hearing things, so i plugged in my prestige, it sounded bright, twangy and beautiful as always. So i plugged the jp15 back in, it just sounds so dull. So i looked up how to test the ohms of the pickups and i plugged one end of a cable into the guitar, then touched my fluke rms multimeter to the cable jacket with one lead, and the tip of the cable with the other lead. nothing. No reading at all. So i plugged my ibanez in, immediately got 7k ohm reading. I suspect maybe something with the preamp circuit maybe? How does this happen twice, on two different guitars. Two guitars that are priced at around $4k at that. I saved up forever to buy this guitar because ive wanted one since i was a kid and now its not working correctly. Is there another way for me to test? Please help! thank you so much

I should also add that up until last week, the guitar would still produce sound even with the volume knob turned all the way down. This whole thing has me sick to my stomach
