EBMM JP6 piezo is crackling with wireless

Hello

Wireless = mono. If there is a transmitter that reports to send stereo they are actuall sending two mono signals. I've been out of the loop for a while but am not aware of a wireless unit that offers such a feature. It would probably be cheaper anyway to buy two mono units (such as the Sennheiser mentioned earlier or an EV wireless system, both are fantastic).

The nady has an input and output volume, the older versions had these as external trim pots that could be turned with a small screw driver (much like the EBMM piezo controls on the JP) Now they are internal and look different. The Nady people will not tell you about them because you have to take the unit apart to get to them , this obviously voids the warranty.
In short, the input on the nady is being clipped beyond what's internal compression circut can handle.
Sell the nady to someone and go a step or two higher in your wireless unit.
Calling Nady with this info will not help, you'll only get the "well there are some instruments the unit might not work with".
It should say that on the paperwork that came with the unit when new.

The preamp is overloading the wireless transmitter. I actually had a sennheiser that didn't like the piezo.
