Question Ebmm jp6 piezo problem

Hello everyone sorry for my English...
I own a JP6. Tha last 3 years, I have a piezo problem. While I play it starts to lose the bass frequencies and gradually has an overall volume down... Only with the piezo. After 2-3 days it's ok again... After 1-2-3-4 days the same again...For 3 years... The official service here in Greece has changed the circuit and the battery box... The don't know what else to change.... The problem is still there... Can anyone tell me what the problem might be? Thank u!!

I don't think there's any way we can really diagnose the problem remotely. If you've had them take a look and you're sure it's not your battery, amp, etc., then you should try contacting MM customer service directly to get their opinion- they're the experts. Link is in my signature.
