EBMM Majesty Stereo\Mono Pot Struck Down

2019 EBMM Majesty Stereo\Mono pot is stuck in the down position.

The piezo volume works fine but when I push down on the pot it is frozen. Pulling up on it does nothing.

Any ideas other than sending it in for repair?

It's common for push/push pot knobs to slip down a bit. Adjust the knob so that there's a bit more space between the bottom of the knob and the body (1-2mm). If that doesn't work, then the pot is bad.

On majesty guitars the piezo volume pot is not a push/push pot. To switch from mono to stereo there is a button on the back that is a hole under the backplate it is labeled mono/stereo.

depends from which pre-amp model was mounted on the Majesty, the V1 is push knob, while the V2 is located on the back. Only late 2019 models have the V2 pre-amp.
