EBMM Newbie question

I was at the local GC the other day looking for an acoustic. Naturally need to play with the electrics. There she was! This beautiful MM Silhouette. The color was "true gold" I believe. But she felt so good. The neck was perfect, balance great and light. So I came home and went to the website. Couldn't find a Silo with that color. Don't know if it's an older model that's been hanging around. Pretty sure it wasn't a Silo special. Don't remember if it was trem/non trem. It had H-S-H configuration. Can anyone shed some light? She spoke to me!

And welcome, yes it was a true gold and most likely had not been there that long, true gold was a color that was just discontinued recently, which is why you can not find it on the MM site, it is a killer color that did not catch on, now go buy it, and if you dont tell us which GC in what city so someone else can buy it

I have a Silhouette HSH. It's a Swiss Army knife of guitars.

When guitars speak to you and feel perfect, you're suppose to buy them!

When guitars speak to you normally I would suggest you seek some help but knowing that it's a Music Man... just buy it man. No regrets.

True Gold was a very nice color; EBMM tried 6 colors that didn't catch on that were only available for order from Summer NAMM in 2008 (July I believe) until October 2009; it couldn't have been around for all that long.
