Help! EBMM P6 String Change

My guitar came with Hybrid Slinkys. If I change them to D'Addario nine or ten gauge, do I need to have the truss rod adjusted?

Possibly, it depends on the setup currently. You might be able to get away with it.

Why not use EB's though? I was a D'addario man before I got my JP, now its Balls all the way
