EBMM pickguard on SBMM

Looking to dress up my SBMM SUB SB4 with a new pickguard, but I'm getting some conflicting information depending on where I shop about whether a pickguard designed for the EBMM Sterling will fit. I thought they were the same design, and they look the same to me in photos, but at least one place is telling me I have to provide the old pg for an SBMM so they can duplicate it. I just want to make sure before I drop 50 bucks on a pg that won't fit.

Anyone know for sure?

You may have heard that from me if you emailed Praxis/SBMM.

They are *similar*, but not exact. I recommend WdCustomPickguards for custom pickguards.

Thanks for the response and the recommendation. That's one I haven't looked at. Glad I didn't just order one for the Sterling.
