Are there any EBMM players on this forum that live in the Surrey (Vancouver) British Columbia Canada area? If so send me a message. I picked up this JP6 at Tom Lee in Vancouver which was one of 2 EBMM in store; EBMM are under stocked in the major guitar centers in this area. The BFR rosewood neck is the best that I have ever played in the 25 years of noodling on a guitar. Actually this is the best playing guitar I have ever touched, although the custom blue (not ice blue) is a little on the flashy side for my style of playing. If the BFR rosewood neck is offered as an option in 2010, I might have to get a classy AL with the 3 MM90s or 2 HBs or a tobacco burst Silhouette.

Nice score...which Tom Lee Music did you pick that up? The downtown store usually carries a few EBMMs but most stores including L&M seem to carry very little EBMM products.

I guess that's not exactly close to Kelowna, eh? LOL
That picture actually makes me like that colour.

Just a little bump. If there is anyone on this EBMM forum in the Vancouver area give me a PM. It would be cool to touch bases and trade some ideas.

So, not too many EBMMs at L&M out there eh, gee... thats too bad.

Here in the GTA, it really tough, I mean it's really tough to pick one out when they got sooooo many to choose from.

This colour or that colour, this model or that model, flame or quilt, maple or rosewood...
on & on enough to make your head spin.

Cheers from Toronto... eh! :)

There are a few EBMM in the local Vancouver stores but it is slim picking. I am partially to blame because there was one in Tom Lee Music that is now on my wall and there was one in Long and McQuade that is now on my wall. Spread aross 5-6 stores, there are a around 6-7 Axis out here and 1-2 JP BRF, 2 black JPs, 3 silos specials, 1 silo, 1 red morse (1200 beans a great deal), 1 blue luke and perhaps 1-2 on the local craigslist. Lots of stingrays and sterlings out there, but no bongos. Looks like Toronto has more EBMMs...I'll think about that when I am washing my car in shorts and a T in February. This picture was from March 5th, notice the green grass:

Cheers and let the rock out on your EBMM.

Umm....Jeff....what L&M are you going to for all this choice. Most of them you go to have maybe 1 or 2 on the wall.

Haha, was going to say. LA Music in Mississauga had an unreal collection last time I was there. At least 30 MMs of all kinds and colours. Just ridiculous.

Scott, I know it varies from store to store. Some have none while others have lots. Last time I was downtown they had none.
When I was at the Markham store last month, they had 2 Axis, JP6 no piezo, JP7 Stealth, SM Y2D and a Silo SSS.

Oddly enough the last time I was at their Oshawa store, they had at least 8 Axis and Super Sports.

Any store you go to they can check the system for what you want, if another store has it you can go there or they will bring it in to your store.

Bump for this post. If there are any Vancouverite's on this forum that want to meet up and trade some chops, give me a PM. Not much EBMM action on the West Coast of Canada; a shame because each EBMM I get to play is just fantastic. There was 1 ALHH that hit the L&M (blue w/white pickguard), but was gone in around a week. The all rosewood neck was amazing, similar feel to my JP, but a little thicker...nice!!!
