EBMM trem claw question

Another potentialy stupid question, but I'll ask anyway!

An Axis SS I recently purchased came with a tremol-no installed. I'm not sure I'm in love with the tremol-no and may want to return the guitar back to stock, but the guitar didn't come with the original trem claw (The tremol-no requires you to replace the original tremclaw with theirs that has an attachment). Can I just use a generic trem claw (i.e., from allparts.com or my local music store) or is the EBMM Axis SS trem claw proprietary in some way?

Any trem claw will do if the big screws line up sufficiently closely. The claw is just an anchor, nothing more, so it really doesn't matter as long as it fits. If the tremol-no can be removed from it's claw, that would do the job just fine too.

Just fitted a tremol-no on my Prs tremonti but that had a floating bridge , great bit of kit . If its been fitted correct you can remove the thumb screws so it doesn't effect the trem at all . If anything it improves sustain .
