Hearing the demo IMO the sound changes are subtle going thru the 5 way switch -as a Bongo player I've noticed that the deep dub regaae sound is really there on the neck pickup like the stingray but more so (I play the Bongo with neck pu only bass up and deep swithch on the Ampeg, fingers plaucking the string over the end of the fretboard)
