I 'think' the $1850 includes the Bongo shell...it says "bongo comes with it also". So $1850 to take it apart and reassemble the Bongo, then sell the other thing on eBay?

Plus, what color is that Bongo? White? Almost looks like Buttercreme...

Guess it's a testament to the awesomeness of the Bongo's electronics. I suppose he was one of the closeted Bongoloids who would go to any length to hide his true self.

I would only take Bongo electronics out of a Bongo if I were going to put them in another Bongo. And then I'd feel dumb because why go through all that to have a Bongo when you already have one?

I'm going to get drunk now.

(In my best radio guys voice when the Hindenburg crash) Oh the humanity...

Why would someone ever do that? Looks like a rare buttercream Bongo too.

OMG what a bizarre thing to do!

I guess if he'd sell that white Bongo shell someone with, say a lava pearl or some other more common coloured Bongo could swap the parts round and end up with a rare white 5HHp............hmmmm
