Many traditional car designs and finishes are ... kind of boring.

Dargie would be so cool! Mystic dream also. Someone mentioned sunburst -- black cherry burst comes to mind for me -- that would be great too!

I believe the mystic dream is already an auto finish. I was considering a karmann ghia awhile back that had been done in it. I always really like the red-yellow mirage paint meselfs.

That's pretty nice, but my immediate quips include:

1) no martinis
2) no subie
3) no dargie

Still, nice find!

The focus ST would more than likely give the WRX a very good run for its money, ive driven both and liked the focus more... loved the grunt from the 5cyl turbo volvo motor! bit of a flash tune and up the boost pressure and im sure it will be able to show the wrx a thing or 2 ;) the local focus ST's here in australia were tuned down as not to out perform the domestic cars (falcon GT and F6 typhoon which are amazingly fun to drive!! :D )
i have to be honest though.. i dont like WRX's... the gearboxes are like plastic, dont like the sound, and they arent as fast as i think they could be (this if from factory by the way). and to open a can of worms id rather an evo10 ;)

Dargie colored cars...

Here's a Dargie-colored car... 73 Road-runner. When I was growin' up in the 1970's there were quite a few metallic green colors out there.

I'd love to see a Dargie color on a new car. I will be painting my BMW330i someday and if it had black instead of gray interior, I'd paint it that color.

I've seen the dargie like green Jeep color, it looks very nice. My 1998 Camaro is mystic teal, the same exact paint job as my mystic dream JP6.
