other limited edition

hey guys i'm new to the forum but i have a 5 string limited edition radiance red bongo on the way and i'm just getting impatiant...but i was wondering if it has the piezo pickup or not cause i cant tell from the picture. i know this isnt totally related but i figured we're on the subject of limited edition basses so why not...
 
If you have a pic of the back of your new Bongo, take a look at it and compare it to this photo from Bass Central:

Look for that horizontal cover on the bottom of the bass - that's for the piezo pickups.

Alternatively, you can look at the knobs on the bass. If the second knob, counting from the knob closest to the neck down to the knob at the bottom, is stacked, then you've got piezos on it.

My dad had an old Mk1 Cortina - didn't know they had them in TX?

Or have I got it all wrong Dave & Mickey Kemp is English (hence the Cortina), but y'all recorded in the US of A?
