Hello,
I am a new member as of this first post I am writing. I got turned onto the EVH Hardtail I bougt myself for Christmas, from a EVH collector out of Chicago. This guy is fantastic to buy from and very honest.
Now I am looking for the Ernie Ball Musicman Hardtail, like the EVH, but they were made for only 1 year in 1998. One tone know and toggle switch on these bad blys.
If anyone has one for sale and uses paypal or credit card from a music store, please contact me. I don't want to take my EVH out of the house because only 200 of them were made and are very collectable now.
thank you

Thank you,
I have been in contact with this ebayer and made him an offer. I am waiting for his reply, but if he doesn't come through I am still looking. So if you guys know of a music store or seller that has one of these, please let me know. I didn't realize how great these musicman axis guitars are.

Axis Hard-tail

Hi Nancy and welcome to MM Axis world!!

I have a 1998 Axis hard-tail and wish you luck finding one. Sorry, mine isn't for sale, but this is merely to encourage you not to give up - they really do sound fantastic. The various other guitars I have haven't seen the light of day since! The cool thing is when I play gigs there are quite a few people who have never seen one before and can't believe the noise it makes.

Best of luck
GB

Hi GB,
Thanks for the info. I am sure someone out there has one for sale and will contact me through this board. I am in no hurry, and if all else fails, I will get another super sport axis. Do you know if the color black for the super sport is a rare color to order or which color is?

i just seen a great black SS with vintage trem and rosewood fretboard on ebay the other day. i think it was like $700 black is more difficult to find due to the fact the trans quilt and flame tops are more desirable. black and black sparkle axis's are my fav even tho i don't have one (yet) and i think you can still custom order them thru EB

Nancy if I knew of one, what would you be willing to pay? they go for a bit more than the regular axis guitars, but I knew of one exactly like the one that was just on ebay recently - lock

I am willing to pay with paypal up to $900.00. If you know of one, please contact me. The guitar has to be in excellent condition with the maple neck. The color of the finish is not that important.
Thanks
