Ernie Ball Birds Nest

What were talking about is a very crafty Coachella bluetail bird building his nest out of scrap Ernie Ball strings he found next to our dumpster.....Since we had a few thundershowers today(never rains in the desert) this nest popped down off the building outside the artist relations office. This bird was going for a quality build maybe because were next to the San Andreas. He is using some plain strings, wound NPS, nickel wrap wire and some twigs for good measure..Very ingenious little builder. Unfortunately it did not protect against the raging rainstorm we had today.

The closest we have come is our Mad Conductor scarecrow for the Main St. Manchester annual contest. His hair is all scrap guitar strings saved from our repairs. It made the front page of local paper last week, Nick and Donna did a great job!
