Ernie Ball Music Man Axis and Seymore pickups

will these pickups -
Alnico II Pro Slash APH-2 - Seymour Duncan Vintage Output

fit in the Ernie Ball Music Man Axis?

They will fit. You will need to trim the mounting tabs since EBMMs are routed for the DiMarzio style 'triangle tab' and Duncans have the traditional square tabs. But any local luthier/metal worker will be able to do that for you- it is as simple as trimming them with some metal clippers

Yes, I've put a JB in my Axis before. I just clipped the square legs off and filed them round like Dimarzios. One thing to consider though is that some pickups are 'taller' and some have long legs. These won't work because of the direct mounting

yeah, but pretty much (generally speaking), with a little bit of "this & that" those pickups are all interchangeable.
