For us slightly computer illiterate people, how do we edit .PDF documents without printing them out, filling them in by hand and faxing them back or scanning them in and sending the image file? (i don't have a scanner or a fax machine)

I have two questions about the headstock declarations...and I'm probably over-complicating it, so please forgive me.

Should I bother to fill out the guitar declaration since I don't own any EB guitars?

Concerning the bass declaration...does it matter that I only own 5-string basses which don't have the 3+1 headstock?

Is that for international customers as well? What about the tear drop shaped pickguard? To me that's one of the signature shapes as well...

If you can testify under oath to the truth of the declarations, then you can fill them all out. It does not matter what you own.
