alright :D i'll see what i would like to get and save up some money :)

edit// I just checked what i saved up, and right now i have $1000 USD to spend. What is a good combination with a Little Mark II that would fit the price range and not be too heavy to lug around?

That's really close to what GC quoted me for a CMD 102P...combo with LMII head and 2 10s.

Yeah, but I don't think Tiff will appreciate putting THAT in her suitcase, even if it IS light for a 2x10 combo! And I wouldn't bother asking about US prices if you plan to get one brought over from the UK. Best to check out prices at those big London bass shops where Tiff might be able to get one. Try basscentre.com and thebassgallery.com

Tiff, don't get me wrong - I wasn't suggesting you bring Ashiin a combo or speaker cabinet. The LittleMarkII head weighs 2.5kg and is smaller than a notebook computer, which is what I had in mind as an option if Ashiin was ok with you doing some shopping on his behalf :)

I guess the littlemarkII head alone would be fine, i'll just think of some other way to get the CMD 102P.

But first i need to know how much the little mark II would cost.
