EVH and Axis

Ok, this has probably been asked before, but what is the difference between the two? The only differences I can tell are the signature on the headstock and the fact that EVH colors were different.

Axis neck is a little wider

EVH has the offset floyd saddles

Backside of the Axis is contoured where it rests against the body. The EVH wasn't
