I would agree that its not an EBMM, particularly in the way it is cutely worded as a custom made guitar and the only references to evh strings and a music man strap. The 4 + 2 stocks may be an issue since it is being sold publicly though.

I gotta give the guy credit. He's not throwing out the EBMM sales pitch. The 4 +2 may be an issue. It looks like it's a pretty accurate replica, and I think the only variation is the addition of the second volume or tone pot. I don't remember that being on the original.

I've emailed for add'l info and pics.

there is a few people who have made replicas of these and they used all the correct parts. scott smith has one iwth all ebmm parts except the body of course. evh had 2 of these that i know of. a red one and a purple one. i believe bp said they still have the proto or template of this guitar laying around somewhere.

It sure looks like the EVH signature and EBMM decals are on the headstock. So. like ya say, if it isn't the original, it's a very good replica.

P.S. There are 2 pots on the original. I assume they are two volume pots. One for each guitar.

Definitely a replica, the quilt isnt remotely like the one played by EVH in the pics from elsewhere in this thread. Not bad replica lookswise, but not for me...

So, did the seller give you anymore info about the guitar?

I tried to get details out of this seller, but with all three requests he has said to provide my e-mail and he would send pictures. I got onto him a little about not providing details and only wanting to send pictures and he said they were factory parts. My questions directly were is this an OLP or parts guitar and if so who's parts. He does not seem to want to give out details.

The trem and hardtail are original EBMM parts. That much I can derive from the pictures. I can't really tell if this is 100% custom work, or if it's an EVH that has been modified and had the baritone added from scratch.
