Question Evh

Just found an article that says 2 double necks were made for EVH. A purple one and a red one. Serial numbers 80016 and 80003. The article also mentions BP and Guy Wallace. Good read.

I just read the old thread posted here where BP shares a few words about the original process of the making of the purple double neck. They made some single baritones for him too and when Keith Richards heard about them, but not liking the EVH shape, they made the Silhouette Bass/Baritone model as we know today - was interesting to learn both those things.

I would love to see a (single) Axis Baritone come into production! I am currently/have been eyeing up a Silhouette bass but really as an Axis devotee, I know what I would much rather have.

Check these pics out...I never had seen these 2 before. I think they came from a Japanese guitar mag. Looks to be two single-neck EVH baritones that he used on the record that Sterling mentioned in the other thread.
