Falling Ceiling Plaster

I moved into a new home almost four years ago. I play bass upstairs in my bedroom. Since I started playing I have noticed that the ceiling plaster covering nail holes in the ceiling has crumbled and fallen.

Will my house fall apart if I play my Sterling? Is my foundation at risk of cracking? Will this damage other homes in my neighborhood? Can I hurt the Ozone?

Should I hold the Ernie Ball company financially liable for the damage? If so, do you think they would settle out of court for a couple more MMs?

Seriously, I know the feeling! I've rattled pictures & vases off shelves in my house simply by playing my Stingray. Luckily I haven't actually broken anything yet!

Fugger made me miserable until I got to play it for him.
