Falling in love with my rays all over again

So for the past several years I've used 2 SR's, a 4 string with group III flats and a 5 with regular slinkys. I used these in two bands, a all original band and at church. A year ago my wife bought me a high end jazz style bass and I've been using it at church. 2 members of the other band had babies last year so that band went on hiatus. I've had several issues with this other bass. The first being a tech telling me the neck was twisted. The company refused to do anything about it. The second the bass Kept cutting out. Again, they refused to fix it. Now it's developed a terrible buzzing sound, making it pretty much useless live. Called today and they said that was normal with single coils, even though it just started recently. I've been using the SR5 HH exclusively the last month. Needless to say, I'm hooked again. That ray is just so versatile with the HH pickups. It's no wonder I've sold and traded countless basses the past 6 years EXCEPT the 2 SR's. I won't be needing any other basses now anyway. I've never used EB MM customer service, but I'm sure it's excellent.
