Feel of Silo vs. Silo spec

The way I read the specs the Silo and the Silo spec should have the same radius/scale right (talking hardtails)?

So they should be equally "soft" to bend?

I remember my JP to be a little more stiff...but that could be because og the trem?

I've only had specials so far but am 1 inch from pulling the trigger on a Silo right now....

Please help

They're both 25.5 scale so I wouldn't think there could be any physical difference, but others have talked about a perceived difference between the 22 fret and 24 fret models.

My 20th is a hardtail and the SS is a trem and both are set up for 9's. Bends feel pretty equal to me.

I would think that the tension (and gauge) of the strings would have more to do with the bendability (making words up) of a guitar than the radius or anything else.

And correct me if I'm wrong but isn't everything about the necks and scale length the same on both guitars with the exception of the extra frets?

I have never played a standard silo, but IMO the feel of the 20th Silo and the Silo Spec are very similar. Playing up at the higher frets are a little easier on the Silhouette as it the horn is cut out more to access up to the 24th fret, but that's about it. Pretty interchangable as far as playability goes.
