Few colour questions about MM Luke's

Hi Guys,

I'm fairly new to the Music-man stable. I've been playing for ages but have never had the opportunity to play a Ball.

Anyway, I'm a massive Lukather fan. I happened to play a Silhouette one day and loved it, so I figured I should get a Luke.

I've got a few questions though, and if you could answer them (or direct me to another appropriate thread if they've been answered already) that would be great.

1. Do MM do custom colours? I know several other companies do, but I couldn't find anything on MM's website.

2. What was the deal with the Dargie delight series? were they just one offs?

For the most part no... unless you happen to be an artist sponsored by EBMM. Sparatically these custom instruments come up for sale but not to often.

2. What was the deal with the Dargie delight series? were they just one offs?

These were a limited edition color for 2006 which has probably grown to the most desirable EBMM color. These also come up for sale, but again, not so often.

Dargie Lukes? There are about 21 total in the world and therefore super difficult to find...Lukather has one...so do I (sorry, just felt the need to show off! ). Great colour for the Luke...

i second Colin @ guitar planet.. got a second hand LUKE from him and I am still grinning months down the track. The deal was awesome, the delivery was awesome, the guitar was in perfect condition - so much so that if I didn't tell my luthier it was a 2005 model, he'd have believed me if i said it was brand new.
