Oh my sweet Jesus. If I could get that tight flame on my lefty JP6 I would probably **** a brick. That is the nicest flame top I've ever seen, bar none.

I spent almost two hours playing the Lone Star at my local music store. I can't wait to plug i my BFR through that thing. I'm getting a 1x12 combo, and looking into getting a 2x10 extension cab. I am displeased that my Laney has to be played so loud to fully be appreciated. Out it goes, which means that money goes towards the Mesa and the BFR. Woot!

I was going to get a piano and some furniture but that can all wait as my amp and guitar are officially the most important thing to save for.

I was doing some reading on the second channel of the Lone Star, and there is a mod to make it sound identical to the first channel, except with the option of getting more gain. This excited me very much, because I HATE the second channel of the amp. Hello more debt!

Pffft. Who needs things like TVs and couches and dishes when I will have such a luscious guitar rig at my disposal? That stuff is so nineteen eighties. Guitars are the new conversation piece!

TV??? Highly overrated. Guitars are beautiful symbols of limitless deep expression....

....and chicks dig 'em.

I am strongly considering a BFR for one of mine, probably a 7 because I would want as much clarity on that lower string that I could get, and if so I would get Bahama Blue, that is one killer color!
