Cool stuff!! How long does it take you to work out and get the solos up to tempo?

It of course depends on the solo. Overall I'd say a week to get the basic structure into the brain/hands, but it can take months to refine the tough spots (and you can always keep polishing of course).

I like to spend time on the details such as how to attack the note (hammer, slide, rake, etc) and even on which string I want to play it (for example, the second instead of the third string for a more "balanced" sound).

One thing that happens to me is that I think I got a solo down only to record myself and notice that I'm not doing those details right. For instance, I'll end notes sooner or do an unwanted slide down instead of holding it, etc. Then I concentrate myself on that polish, which to me at least, is what really makes the whole thing sound "pro" hehe.

I think the Count of Tuscany solo took me like 1-2 months to get to the level of the video. I don't have as much time as before to practice as well so it's slower.
